Executive Director, Human Capital Center of Excellence

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Director to lead our Human Capital Center of Excellence. The role will shape workforce planning, rewards, and operational excellence frameworks for a large, complex organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide workforce planning and develop forecasting models to support large‑scale hiring.
• Establish manpower governance, monitor utilization, and partner with business leaders on resource allocation.
• Design and govern compensation, benefits, grading, and rewards frameworks, ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Set Human Capital policies, standards, and governance structures; drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Provide workforce analytics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to support executive decision‑making.
• Build and lead high‑performing teams within the Center of Excellence and advise senior leadership on strategic workforce matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive Human Capital experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience leading workforce planning, rewards, compensation, or HR Center of Excellence functions for a workforce of 3,000+ employees.
• Strong expertise in manpower planning, workforce analytics, compensation and benefits, and HR governance.
• Experience in sectors such as education, government, or healthcare is a plus.
