Executive Director – Residential Delivery

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced Executive Director to lead the delivery of its residential development projects. The role is pivotal in ensuring that high‑quality, timely, and safe living environments are created in line with Qiddiya’s vision.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all residential project deliveries, aligning with the company’s quality standards.
• Develop and implement delivery strategies, processes, and systems specific to residential developments.
• Manage interdisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and apply mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, government agencies, and community representatives.
• Report project status, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
• Mentor and develop delivery team members, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in residential project delivery, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale residential projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Deep knowledge of local construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
