Executive Manager – Operations & Strategy

About the role

Blueprint Solutions is seeking a seasoned Executive Manager to steer the organization’s operational, financial, and strategic functions. The role demands a proactive leader who can align daily activities with long‑term objectives while ensuring compliance and performance excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and mitigate strategic and operational risks to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor long‑term strategies that support sustainable growth.
• Prepare and oversee budgets, track financial performance, and guide fiscal decisions.
• Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with company policies.
• Review and enhance internal policies and procedures for effectiveness and compliance.
• Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Low Current Systems Engineering, or Project Management.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in executive or senior management roles.
