Experienced Clinical Research Associate - Multi-Sponsored Model

About the role

iQVIA is looking for an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in Riyadh to work in a multi-sponsored model. The company offers training and development to plan your career path, with dedicated mentoring and structured quarterly reviews on performance, promotion and bonus awards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, and maintain appropriate documentation
• Support the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Maintain regular lines of communication with sites and administer protocol and related study training to assigned sites
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices, escalating quality issues as appropriate
• Manage progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion and data query resolution

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a health care or other scientific discipline, or educational equivalent
• At least 1.5 to 2 years of on-site monitoring experience
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including a good command of English
• Comfortable collaborating and communicating with colleagues and customers; ideally a basic knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements
• Frequent travel to sites required; flexible about location but the location must have good connectivity to travel
