Experienced Scaffolder for High‑Rise Construction

About the role

Mobco Group is looking for skilled scaffolders to join a major high‑rise construction project in Makkah. You will be responsible for creating safe access and working platforms throughout all phases of the build.

Key responsibilities

• Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding systems according to approved drawings and safety procedures.
• Inspect scaffolding components before installation to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Install working platforms, guardrails, toe boards, ladders and access systems.
• Carry out routine inspections, report defects and take corrective action immediately.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and safety personnel to support construction activities.
• Maintain and store scaffolding materials properly and assist with loading, unloading and transport.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of scaffolding experience, including high‑rise building projects.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

• Tube and fitting scaffolds.
• System scaffolds.
• Access platforms.
• Ability to read basic scaffolding drawings and work instructions.
• Knowledge of scaffolding safety regulations and best practices.
