About the role
Under general supervision, the Facility Maintenance Specialist will perform maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry disciplines to support property management activities for a global energy services provider.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
- Assist in installing, servicing, and repairing equipment related to property management.
- Complete plant maintenance documentation, maintain tools and equipment, and ensure clean-up and housekeeping as required.
- Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures.
Required profile
- 2-5 years of experience in a trade such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.
- Relevant licenses and certifications as required.
