About the role
As a Fashion Consultant at Chalhoub Group’s Dhahran Mall, you will drive sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will also support CRM, CX and other key initiatives to enhance customer relationships and store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets and ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Collect and analyse customer behaviour data, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
- Support in‑store marketing events, activations and loyalty program promotion (MUSE).
- Maintain click‑and‑collect service levels and ensure accurate customer data capture.
- Provide pre‑buying feedback on products and stay updated on brand social media campaigns.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury fashion brand.
- Intermediate or fluent English language proficiency.
