Fashion Consultant - Tory Burch

About the role

Chalhoub Group is hiring a Fashion Consultant for its Tory Burch store in Riyadh Park. The consultant drives individual and collective sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience, supports in-store CRM, CX and other customer and people initiatives, and contributes data and feedback to business reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews
• Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach
• Provide pre-buying feedback on products and drive sell-throughs within the store
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and keep up to date with app offerings
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs, and that click-and-collect is done within SLAs
• Capture customer data according to marketing team requirements and support in-store marketing events and activations
• Keep abreast of brand social media activities and campaigns, and support in-store CX initiatives
• Contribute to eNPS through people experience initiatives and share what works and what does not in the store

Required profile

• 2 years of experience in luxury fashion brands
• Intermediate to fluent English
