F&B Cost Controller – Purchase to Pay

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Cost Controller at Hilton, you will safeguard the financial health of the F&B department while delivering the warm hospitality experience our guests expect. You will work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure cost‑effective practices across the purchase‑to‑pay cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor department financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Prepare regular financial reports and lead weekly meetings to communicate trends and cost drivers.
• Collaborate with the hotel finance team and F&B managers to ensure accurate financial data and operational alignment.
• Support the Finance Lead on special projects that enhance departmental success.
