About the role

The Fiber Financial and Performance Management Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health and operational performance of the fiber business. This role ensures accurate reporting, drives profitability, and supports strategic decision‑making through detailed analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Fiber business P&L, providing clear visibility of financial performance.
• Define, monitor, and report on financial and business performance KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports and management dashboards for senior leadership.
• Coordinate annual CAPEX and OPEX budgeting with technical, business, and commercial units.
• Reforecast financial targets based on actual results and update relevant teams.
• Analyze revenue streams, costs, and profitability against targets.
• Validate financial assumptions and forecasts with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Support periodic business performance reviews with insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic and financial planning within the telecommunications industry.
• Senior professional level (Assistant Manager) with proven ability to manage complex financial data.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting capabilities.
