Field Marketing Specialist

About the role

Royal Cyber is looking for a proactive Field Marketing Specialist to design and deliver high‑impact customer events across Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for creating a pipeline of qualified leads by organising executive roundtables, innovation forums and workshops that attract senior decision‑makers and technology partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a rolling six‑month event calendar for Saudi Arabia.
• Plan and execute executive roundtables, innovation forums, workshops and customer dinners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Practice teams to define event themes.
• Recruit customer speakers, external experts, technology partners and Royal Cyber executives.
• Build targeted invitation lists with Business Development Managers.
• Handle the full event lifecycle: invitations, registrations, reminders, venues, vendors and on‑site logistics.
• Secure participation from partners such as Microsoft, AWS and Databricks.
• Drive attendance from qualified accounts and senior leaders.
• Capture attendee data in the CRM and ensure sales follow‑up within 48 hours.
• Produce post‑event reports, media assets and social content.
• Report on meetings booked, opportunities created and pipeline influence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, executive events or technology marketing.
• Proven track record of organising customer‑facing events in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong network among Saudi enterprises, government bodies and technology partners.
• Ability to attract senior executives and external speakers.
• Experience linking marketing activities to measurable pipeline and revenue.
