Field Sales Representative - Riyadh

About the role

Nestlé KSA is hiring a Field Sales Representative for the Riyadh area. The representative owns and delivers sales for their assigned territory by building relationships with customers and retail staff to meet short- and long-term performance targets, focused on the overall value of retail (sales, displays, new items and core distribution). The ideal candidate lives in the Riyadh area.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and department/store-level personnel to maximise sales results.
• Sell incremental volume for displays and promote products, and sell additional products based on opportunities.
• Work with customers to run business reviews that drive volume.
• Ensure product availability: identify and correct voids, rotate products, handle unsaleable stock and solve out-of-stock issues.
• Ensure payment collection from customers within the proper overdue period.
• Enforce pricing guidelines at retail level and report competitive price changes and promotions, resolving pricing issues.
• Manage financial resources responsibly and communicate market insights from the retail level to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Strong oral and written communication, selling and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse financial, inventory and retail data and use appropriate selling techniques.
• Willingness and ability to travel; works independently with minimal supervision and meets tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proficiency in other POS systems.
