Field Services Engineer – Western Region (Jeddah/Medinah)

About the role

We are seeking a Field Services Engineer to support our Medical/Emergency Care portfolio across the Western region of Saudi Arabia (Jeddah and Medinah). The role involves troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining a range of medical equipment such as stretchers, beds, CPR devices, and defibrillators.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on medical devices for internal and external customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct product testing and generate complete test and service reports.
• Install, set‑up, and commission equipment at customer sites.
• Execute scheduled service contracts and ensure timely follow‑up on tickets and work orders.
• Coordinate visits with support functions and customers, escalating opportunities and issues as needed.

Required profile

• Engineering background – preferably Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Biomedical or Telecommunications.
• Minimum three years of relevant field service experience with medical or emergency‑care equipment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and the local language.
• Strong analytical, communication and computer literacy skills.

Required skills

• Basic IP networking knowledge.
