Field Specialist V – Completions Drilling Services

About the role

The Field Specialist V will lead field operations and supervise a team to deliver installation, repair, and routine servicing of remedial service packers, lower completion services, and related tools. This position supports both shop and on‑site activities, ensuring high‑quality execution for Weatherford customers in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation services for down‑hole packers and service tools in the field.
• Calculate basic oil‑industry volumes, pressures and forces to support job planning.
• Execute completions, remedial work‑overs, cementation and fracturing tasks as required.
• Maintain and repair company‑owned rental equipment on pulling units and drilling rigs.
• Prepare accurate job reports promptly and assist with shop deliveries when available.
• Provide 24‑hour on‑call support to respond to customer needs.
• Follow Weatherford Quality Policy, safety rules, and all relevant technical procedures.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in lower or upper completion operations.
• High diploma minimum; engineering degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on‑site in field conditions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
