Finance Business Partner – FP&A Lead

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, providing strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the organization. This senior role partners closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Human Resources, and executive leadership to drive financial governance, improve planning accuracy, and support strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization’s FP&A strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long‑range financial planning, and scenario modelling.
• Advise executive leadership on financial performance, profitability improvement, investment priorities, and business risks.
• Coordinate budget submissions across business functions and ensure consistency with strategic goals.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, recommend corrective actions, and develop financial assumptions and sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports highlighting key financial and operational performance indicators.
• Analyse revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, cash flow, working capital, and ROI, providing variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, HR, and Commercial teams to deliver financial insights for operational and strategic decisions.
• Support evaluation of new business opportunities, pricing strategies, capital investments, cost‑saving initiatives, and operational improvement projects.

• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and drive financial governance.
