Finance Director (B)

About the role

The Finance Director (B) acts as the strategic financial leader for the property, shaping and executing financial strategies that support brand objectives and deliver strong ROI. This role partners with senior management to align financial planning with overall business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual operating budget and long‑term financial plans.
• Analyze sales, expenses, and market trends to produce accurate forecasts and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Provide analytical support during budget reviews and monitor actual performance against projections.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate business risks and safeguard assets.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting sound financial decision‑making and high ethical standards.
• Collaborate with property managers to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 1 year of experience.
• Proven ability to develop strategic financial plans and manage budgeting processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and variance analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
