Finance Director – F&B

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Director for our Food & Beverage division in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role will lead the financial strategy of a leading food retail brand, ensuring profitability, compliance and sustainable growth within the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Implement financial systems, regulations and decisions, and develop strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Identify financial needs, return requirements and risk appetite levels.
• Coordinate with other units to determine financial needs, monitor expenditures and ensure proper recording.
• Prepare and present financial reports, balance sheets and final account analyses.
• Organise accounting records, ensure correct entries, supervise closing processes and manage the finance team.
• Develop frameworks and indicators to measure achievement of financial plans and objectives.
• Compile summaries and reports on revenue performance for senior management.

Required profile

• 15+ years of finance management experience.
• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director or Area Finance Director.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, yield/revenue management and cost control within hospitality.
• Experience managing large multi‑property operational budgets and CapEx projects.
• CMA, CPA or equivalent professional certification.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, statement preparation, budget design, development and monitoring, and preparation of annual accounts.
