Finance Director

About the role

The Finance Director will shape and execute the financial strategy of a leading publicly listed company, ensuring robust governance and supporting sustainable growth. Reporting to the executive team, you will oversee financial performance, compliance and provide strategic insights for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, cash‑flow management and risk assessment.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies and accounting standards.
• Direct the preparation of financial statements, management reports and final accounts.
• Monitor financial performance, deliver strategic recommendations and support executive decisions.
• Collaborate with business units to identify financial needs and optimise resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including leadership roles.
• Prior experience in a publicly listed company.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, governance, budgeting and risk management.
