Finance Manager – Country Finance Manager (KSA)

About the role

The Country Finance Manager for Saudi Arabia will be the senior financial leader for the Automotive Division’s legal entities. Reporting to the divisional CFO, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring alignment with local regulations and corporate policies while supporting strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the country finance organization, develop financial strategies, and act as the primary financial representative for KSA at regional and global levels.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, management forecasts, and budgeting for the KSA entities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations, IFRS, tax laws and coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Manage treasury activities, inter‑company transactions, transfer pricing, capital expenditures and working‑capital optimisation.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, implement governance and internal‑control processes.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing finance team across multiple locations, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience in a multinational environment, preferably in industrial or energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations and tax legislation.
• Proven experience managing multiple legal entities and business units.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic language proficiency.
