Finance Manager – IFRS & Treasury Expertise

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the preparation and review of financial statements in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for a Saudi‑based company. The role combines rigorous accounting oversight with treasury and cash‑flow management to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidated and annual financial statements according to IFRS.
• Handle complex accounting operations, including contracts, revenues, inventory, fixed assets, provisions, and lease agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi zakat, tax, and value‑added tax (VAT) regulations.
• Produce financial analysis, management reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Manage cash flows, treasury activities, internal controls and financial risk management.
• Utilize financial ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.

Required profile

• Proven experience preparing and reviewing IFRS‑compliant financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi zakat, corporate tax and VAT requirements.
• Ability to manage complex accounting topics and financial disclosures.
