Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of Tweeq's wallet entity. The role ensures robust financial governance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence within a regulated EMI/payment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, and expense management.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Supervise wallet transaction accounting, settlement cycles, and reconciliation processes across payment partners and banking channels.
• Monitor liquidity positions, cash flow, and support treasury activities, escalating risks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations, support regulatory reporting, and maintain strong internal controls.
• Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
• Maintain ERP and finance system accuracy, identify automation opportunities, and implement scalable processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance staff, fostering accountability and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with compliance, risk, operations, product teams, and external partners such as banks and auditors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards.
• Familiarity with SAMA regulatory requirements for wallet/EMI entities.
• Experience with ERP and finance systems.
