Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of Smart Integrated Solutions, ensuring accurate reporting, robust cost control, and effective budgeting to drive profitability of its integrated facilities management services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets for FM contracts and corporate functions and develop regular financial forecasts.
• Monitor actual versus budget performance, highlight variances and support pricing of FM bids.
• Control OPEX and CAPEX across hard and soft services, validate invoices and subcontractor costs.
• Produce monthly management accounts, dashboards and KPI reports for senior management.
• Oversee revenue recognition, contract compliance, and support commercial reviews.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity planning and optimise working capital.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards, coordinate audits and maintain internal controls.
• Provide financial insights to FM operations, profitability analysis per site and support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• Significant experience in facilities management, integrated facilities management or a similar project‑based services industry.
• Strong knowledge of OPEX, CAPEX, project costing and contract finance.
• Excellent analytical thinking, commercial awareness and stakeholder management.
