Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will own day‑to‑day finance operations, ensuring accurate accounting, timely statutory compliance and robust controls as the business scales within the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the general ledger and deliver month‑end close within 10 working days, preparing management accounts and board reporting packs.
• Prepare statutory financial statements under SOCPA‑endorsed IFRS and act as primary contact for external auditors.
• Manage cash flow, bank relationships, payment runs and enforce segregation of duties and three‑way match controls.
• Run ZATCA e‑invoicing, VAT returns, Zakat and corporate income tax filings, and ensure WPS and GOSI compliance.
• Maintain accounting policies, chart of accounts and ERP role‑based access in line with evolving ventures.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 4‑5 years hands‑on experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 3 years of managing or supervising a finance team or owning the finance function end‑to‑end.
• Proven track record of full‑cycle accounting, month‑end close and Saudi statutory compliance without heavy external support.
• Experience in multi‑entity, project‑based or Aramco/SABIC‑ecosystem environments is a strong advantage.
