Finance Manager

About the role

Sahari International is looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join its team in Riyadh. The role involves managing financial operations, preparing budgets and reports, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s financial management and accounting operations.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
• Conduct financial planning, analysis and budget variance assessments.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and key financial performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain financial controls, policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Lead and supervise the finance team while supporting business decision‑making.
• Utilize financial systems and ERP platforms to improve reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field with at least 7 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA or ACCA are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and financial decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
