Finance Manager – Middle East & Global

About the role

NextMatch AI is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations for its Saudi Arabia entity and support regional expansion. Based in Riyadh, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, ensuring compliance with local regulations while aligning with global objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the financial roadmap for KSA and regional growth.
• Oversee VAT filings, ZATCA compliance, and electronic invoicing.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly variance analysis, and cash‑flow management across multiple currencies.
• Prepare high‑level financial dashboards for investors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage international fund transfers, payroll, and vendor payments.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and local financial institutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of finance management experience, preferably in tech, SaaS or high‑growth startups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi labor laws, Zakat, and Saudi IFRS standards.
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
• Builder mentality with a passion for creating systems and processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with cloud‑based ERP and accounting platforms such as Oracle, NetSuite, Xero or Zoho Books.
