Finance Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function for our Saudi Arabia operations. The role acts as a strategic partner to senior management and project teams, ensuring robust financial governance, accurate reporting and sustainable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for the Saudi operation.
• Prepare rolling forecasts, financial models, cash‑flow projections and management performance reports.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets, analyse variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee project accounting across the full lifecycle, including budgets, cost codes, revenue recognition and margin analysis.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, cash management and month‑end/year‑end closing.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi tax, Zakat, VAT and electronic invoicing regulations.
• Supervise treasury activities, cash‑flow forecasting and working‑capital optimisation.
• Support group consolidation and provide financial information to corporate management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance leadership within a commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi financial, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to partner with senior management and project teams.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making skills.
