Finance Manager – Saudi Arabia Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the full spectrum of local finance operations for a strategic project in Saudi Arabia. Based in Dammam, you will work closely with our Singapore finance team to ensure seamless day‑to‑day financial management and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee bookkeeping, tax compliance, treasury/cash management, and financial reporting for the Saudi project.
• Collaborate with the Singapore finance team to transition and run daily finance functions.
• Manage Saudi tax and regulatory matters, including VAT, corporate income tax, and customs duties.
• Participate in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis activities.
• Support the Saudi Regional Project Lead with finance‑related coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Potentially expand responsibilities to full financial scope and help build the local finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of finance experience, preferably in a multinational corporation or Big Four accounting firm.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, with English as the working language.
• Willingness to be stationed long‑term in Dammam.
• Chinese nationality preferred, but outstanding overseas Chinese candidates are welcome; no gender restrictions.
