Finance Officer

About the role

The Finance Officer will support the Country Manager/Director in managing CTG KSA’s daily financial operations. This position ensures smooth processing of supplier payments, client invoicing, payroll administration, bank reconciliations, statutory‑compliance documentation, SharePoint filing, financial reporting and audit support.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, verify supporting documentation, code, obtain approvals and ensure compliance with CTG procedures.
• Prepare payment packs and related supporting documents for timely supplier payments.
• Handle client invoicing and payroll administration in line with internal policies.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate statutory‑compliance documentation and support audit activities.
• Maintain SharePoint filing system for financial documents.
• Operate within CTG’s financial policies, approval matrix, segregation‑of‑duties and delegated‑authority framework.

Required profile

• Ability to manage day‑to‑day financial operations for a regional office.
• Experience with accounts payable, invoicing, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with statutory‑compliance documentation and audit support processes.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to internal financial controls.
