Financial Controller – Hospitality

About the role
The Financial Controller will lead all finance functions for Swissôtel Al Maqam, a five‑star hotel in the Abraj Al Bait complex, supporting the General Manager and senior leadership with accurate financial information and strategic insight.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the hotel.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and performance analyses.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts, monitoring variances against plan.
- Ensure robust internal controls, safeguard assets and comply with Accor policies, Saudi regulations and tax requirements.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll coordination and cash management.
- Provide financial advice to the General Manager, operations, HR and commercial teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial systems (ERP, PMS, POS) and reporting efficiency.
- Support pre‑opening financial set‑up and coordinate internal and external audits.
