Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

Careem is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead the preparation and analysis of monthly management reports, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to monitor performance, highlight trends, and contribute to strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports.
• Support continuous improvement of budgeting, forecasting and planning processes and deliverables.
• Assist in the development of scorecards, measurement tools and KPIs.
• Monitor performance, highlight trends and analyze drivers of variances.
• Prepare and support ad‑hoc reports and analysis.
• Participate actively in special projects.
• Contribute to ongoing process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of experience creating financial reports and providing strategic analysis.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as within a team.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Results‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS).
• Oracle Hyperion planning tools.
