Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

ASMO, a joint venture between DHL and Aramco, is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for its upcoming operations. The role supports senior management with in‑depth financial analysis and executive presentations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ to mid‑term financial plans for the department and the wider business.
• Prepare the detailed annual budget by site and function, and ensure timely upload into Oracle.
• Produce monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards for each department and site.
• Support internal meetings with year‑over‑year performance reviews, gap analysis and projections.
• Lead quarterly re‑forecasting, long‑term business plan updates and cost‑control initiatives.
• Perform customer billing reconciliation and provide detailed adjustment analyses.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and relevant commercial agreements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of commercial aspects and ability to translate them into financial insights.
• Experience working with joint‑venture structures and capital‑expenditure planning.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP for budgeting and financial reporting.
