Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will lead the creation and institutionalisation of ADC's FP&A function, a capability currently missing from the finance organisation. Reporting to senior finance leadership, the role will partner with commercial, business development and supply‑chain teams to translate growth strategies into robust financial plans, margin analyses and investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the annual budgeting process across all business units, channels and branches.
• Own the rolling forecast cycle, ensuring updates reflect current commercial, supply‑chain and market conditions.
• Develop a long‑range financial plan aligned with AHC Group’s five‑year aspirations, including a target to double revenue to SAR 2.1 Billion by FY30.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario analysis, growth initiatives and principal partnership opportunities.
• Partner with Commercial and Business Development to assess financial implications of new principal onboarding, channel expansion and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to align financial planning with demand planning, inventory investment and cost‑to‑serve initiatives.
• Conduct sales and gross‑margin analysis by principal, channel, product and branch to identify profitability drivers and risks.
• Perform pricing analysis and support pricing decisions to protect and grow margin.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance functions.
