Financial Planning & Modeling Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Financial Planning & Modeling Analyst to join our Finance team. The role will focus on building robust financial models, conducting feasibility studies, and supporting investment decisions for large‑scale real estate and development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for real‑estate development projects.
• Prepare project feasibility studies and investment evaluations.
• Perform DCF valuations, scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑term business planning.
• Analyze project cash flows, profitability and funding requirements.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and financial presentations.
• Assist with investment, acquisition and asset performance analysis.
• Support treasury planning, financing and lender reporting.
• Utilize ERP systems and Power BI to improve financial reporting and analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Engineering or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial modeling, investment analysis or real‑estate finance.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and feasibility studies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
