Financial Reporting Manager

About the role

The Financial Reporting Manager will lead the preparation, validation and distribution of financial statements for the organization. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements while driving best‑practice reporting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual and annual financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor accounting service sections—including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger—to guarantee timely and correct reporting.
• Collaborate with senior management to update profit and loss accounts and balance sheets, ensuring stakeholders receive accurate information.
• Lead the development of high‑quality public annual and quarterly reports for market disclosure.
• Provide required financial reports, analysis and information to SAMA and other regulatory bodies.
• Work closely with HSBC Global to adopt best practices and support the Chief Accounting Officer in implementation.
• Research financial reporting best practices and advise senior management on process improvements.
• Resolve auditor queries during audits and maintain internal controls related to external reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a similar reporting role.
