Financial Statements Consolidation Reporting Section Manager

About the role

The Financial Statements Consolidation Reporting Section Manager is responsible for gathering financial data, coordinating with auditors, and producing consolidated financial statements in line with STC policies and accounting standards. The role ensures timely closing, calendar adherence, and compliance with evolving accounting guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for quarterly and annual reviews of STC consolidated financial statements.
• Prepare and control group consolidated financial statements according to Accounting and CMA standards.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and manage internal and external review processes.
• Maintain the STC financial calendar and ensure deadline compliance for closing and reporting.
• Communicate accounting issues and guidance to management in partnership with the Policy and Procedure department.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities and harmonise policies across STC reforms.
• Generate actual‑to‑actual consolidation reporting and the annual PIF group reporting package.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial statement reporting, preferably in a large service‑oriented organization.
• Prior supervisory experience in financial reporting.
• Experience within the KSA or Middle East region and familiarity with the local regulatory environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
