Fintech Associate

About the role

The Fintech Associate will support the development, tracking and execution of HungerStation’s fintech initiatives. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help shape lending, card, wallet and other strategic financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and onboard fintech partners across lending, cards, wallets and related solutions.
• Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to inform partnership decisions.
• Prepare business cases, partner evaluations and internal recommendation decks.
• Manage ongoing relationships with fintech partners, tracking performance and coordinating issue resolution.
• Contribute to customer value proposition definition, competitive analysis and go‑to‑market readiness.
• Track and report product performance using metrics such as adoption, utilization, portfolio size and growth rate.
• Identify performance gaps and work with Product, Technology and Marketing teams to implement improvement initiatives.
• Monitor fintech regulatory developments and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
• Act as the main point of contact for partner initiatives, preparing internal updates and presentations.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities, including partner relationship management, marketing campaigns, commercial negotiations and issue tracking.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant fintech or financial services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
