Fit-Out Project Manager – Immediate Joiner (KSA)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fit‑Out Project Manager to lead high‑end commercial, retail and F&B projects across Saudi Arabia. The role demands meticulous attention to detail from the pre‑first fix stage through to final hand‑over, ensuring every corner meets our premium quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set project timelines, conduct weekly team meetings and assign daily targets.
• Monitor scheduling and deliverables using MS Office, Primavira or equivalent tools.
• Update stakeholders on progress and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (MEP, civil, architecture, procurement, joinery, BMS, etc.).
• Oversee safety, client and consultant interactions to guarantee smooth project execution.
• Micro‑manage documentation, material and drawing submittals, RFIs and inspection requests.
• Provide rapid responses to queries and resolve issues proactively.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years GCC fit‑out experience as a Project Manager (commercial, showrooms, banks, corporate offices or F&B).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong verbal, written and organizational communication skills.
