Fleet Finance Credit Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Fleet Credit unit in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing credit risk, ensuring compliance with internal policies, local regulations and Saudi anti‑money‑laundering standards, and supporting the Business Development team in delivering high‑quality fleet financing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Fleet Credit team, guaranteeing that all credit applications adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Business Development to originate and structure proactive, high‑value fleet financing transactions.
• Review, approve and monitor credit analyses, returns and reports within defined turnaround times.
• Track portfolio quality, identify emerging customer risks, and design corrective action plans.
• Contribute to deal structuring, including pricing, product selection, purpose and risk mitigation.
• Ensure strict compliance with Saudi directives and anti‑money‑laundering practices.
• Coordinate with Collections on delinquent accounts and support recovery initiatives.
• Promote best‑practice standards within the credit team to improve efficiency and risk management.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in credit risk management or portfolio oversight within a bank or finance institution in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record in corporate or fleet financing.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong networking abilities with financial institutions and the local market.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across functions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
