Floor Manager – Casual Restaurant

About the role

The Floor Manager is the heartbeat of the dining area at Le Café LPM, a casual neighbourhood restaurant that blends French Riviera spirit with everyday city life. You will lead the floor team, ensure a seamless guest experience and keep service flowing effortlessly from the first cover to the final goodbye.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the floor team and manage shift flow, working closely with kitchen and bar.
• Maintain high standards of mise‑en‑place, table settings, cleanliness and brand presentation before guests arrive.
• Handle guest concerns calmly, turn situations around and follow up on feedback.
• Brief, train and motivate staff daily, fostering a high‑energy environment.
• Monitor service timing, adapt quickly to fast‑moving situations and know when to escalate issues.

Required profile

• Charismatic, composed and fair leadership style.
• 1‑2 years of supervisory or front‑of‑house experience in a premium or high‑volume restaurant.
• Fluent English; additional French, Arabic or another European language is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong command of English communication.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
• Knowledge of menu and beverage offerings to guide the team.
