FM Helper

About the role

We are seeking an organized and efficient FM Helper to join our facilities management team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The FM Helper will maintain and support day‑to‑day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs throughout the facility.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties in accordance with established procedures.
• Support the facilities management team in responding to maintenance requests and issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of building areas to identify and report potential problems.
• Help maintain inventory of supplies and equipment used in facility operations.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down for events or meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and any issues encountered.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge related to facilities management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic maintenance and repair skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
• Basic computer skills for record‑keeping and communication.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Prior experience in facilities management or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
