About the role
The Food & Beverage Server delivers personalized dining experiences in line with AccorHotel’s standards. You will ensure prompt, accurate service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere across all F&B outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus, take orders and serve food and beverages according to service standards.
- Prepare restaurant stations, set tables, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and monitor food quality and presentation.
- Follow HACCP and food safety procedures, keep dining areas clean, and handle food safely.
- Process guest bills using the POS system, handle cash and card payments, and ensure billing accuracy.
- Collaborate with culinary, bar, stewarding and other F&B teams, and support banquet and special events.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B certification is a plus.
- Minimum 1–2 years of server experience in a café, restaurant or hotel; hotel experience preferred.
Required skills
- Operation of a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Cash handling and payment processing.
