Foodservice Channel Manager – Riyadh

About the role

Al Wasl Food is looking for a strategic Foodservice Channel Manager to lead commercial growth across the Kingdom. Based in Riyadh, you will be responsible for expanding market share and positioning the company as a trusted partner for hotels, restaurant groups, cafés and large catering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies for the KSA Foodservice and HORECA sectors.
• Identify, secure and manage high‑value B2B partnerships with multi‑unit restaurant groups, hospitality chains and major caterers.
• Integrate Al Wasl’s core product categories (rice, oils, sauces, culinary ingredients) into corporate menus and central procurement lines.
• Build long‑term executive relationships with corporate chefs, F&B directors and procurement heads.
• Manage pricing models, commercial margins and marketing investments to ensure profitable sales growth.

Required profile

• Saudi national in compliance with Saudization regulations.
• 5‑8 years of proven business development and sales growth experience in the KSA Foodservice/HORECA sector.
• Extensive network of decision‑makers in procurement, culinary and hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of high‑volume food portfolios such as rice, oils and sauces.
