Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Alkymi is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the implementation of its Data Inbox solution for enterprise customers. You will act as a primary technical liaison, translating customer requirements into robust data platform integrations while working with cutting‑edge AI and large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Alkymi Data Inbox implementations for enterprise clients.
• Elicit and document technical requirements across multi‑functional teams.
• Become an expert on Alkymi’s product features, benefits, and applications.
• Design data models and schemas to support integration projects.
• Guide customers through the full deployment lifecycle, including UAT, go‑live, and post‑deployment planning.
• Identify and resolve strategic issues and blockers, ensuring timely delivery.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years in Service Delivery, Customer Success, Consulting, Project Management, or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Experience with software product development, APIs, and database technologies.
• Strong understanding of data analysis tools and operations platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving startup environment.
