Freelance Event Producer – Riyadh

About the role

TAIT is seeking experienced freelance Event Producers based in Riyadh to join its talent pool. Selected producers will be considered for short‑ and long‑term contracts supporting high‑profile live productions, brand experiences, and entertainment projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute event projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines, budgets and on‑site logistics.
• Coordinate between clients, internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead junior staff, oversee staffing, and support senior producers as needed.
• Maintain clear communication of client vision, develop creative concepts and translate them into actionable plans.
• Identify new business opportunities, talent and systems to strengthen TAIT’s market position.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in live event production or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and on budget.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
