Fresh Graduate Technician

About the role

We are seeking motivated fresh‑graduate technicians to join our teams across multiple projects. The role offers hands‑on experience in technical and maintenance activities, supporting equipment readiness and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and maintenance activities following approved procedures and instructions.
• Inspect, identify, and resolve technical issues as required.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment readiness.
• Use tools and technical equipment safely and properly.
• Comply with technical standards, quality requirements, and HSE procedures.
• Record completed work and report technical observations when required.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain and properly handle tools, equipment, and materials.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in a relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of technical tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to understand technical instructions and drawings.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication, commitment, and discipline.
