About the role
Tamayyaz is a nationalisation development programme that equips Saudi talents with the skills and knowledge needed for hospitality professions, combining classroom learning with on-the-job training. This full-time Front Desk Agent position in Makkah welcomes Saudi nationals with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant experience. The role covers guests from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, handle check-ins, respond to requests and settle accounts while delivering exceptional service
- Add a personalised touch to each guest's stay
- Promote hotel facilities and look for opportunities to upsell
Required profile
- Saudi nationality only (Tamayyaz programme)
- Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of relevant experience
- Strong passion for the hospitality field
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs
- Ability to stay calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs
Required skills
- Basic English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player who proactively assists colleagues
