Front Desk Receptionist – Healthcare Facility

About the role

IIQAF Group is looking for a professional, customer‑focused Receptionist to manage the front desk of its Riyadh healthcare facility. The role involves greeting patients and visitors, handling communications, and supporting administrative tasks in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
• Manage front‑desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain patient records and administrative documentation.
• Provide accurate information about hospital services and procedures.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other administrative departments.
• Handle visitor logs, security procedures, and respond to inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and customer‑service attitude.
• Immediate availability.
