Front Office Hostess

About the role

Miraval The Red Sea is seeking a warm, professional Front Office Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests. You will create memorable first impressions and support a seamless, personalized guest journey in a luxury wellness setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism.
• Manage lobby guest flow and direct visitors to appropriate areas.
• Coordinate arrivals and departures in partnership with the Front Office team.
• Answer inquiries and provide accurate information about the property and services.
• Maintain a polished, organized front desk and lobby environment.
• Assist with reservations, guest requests, and VIP coordination.
• Ensure a smooth transition from entry to check‑in for every guest.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a front office or guest‑facing role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident, presentable, and service‑oriented demeanor.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
