Fund Accountant – Private Equity

About the role

A private equity firm in Riyadh is looking for a Fund Accountant to support the CFO as the business scales. This hands‑on position will be part of a growing fund administration and accounting function, ideal for candidates with private‑equity or fund‑accounting experience who thrive in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for private‑equity fund structures.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and investor reports.
• Support capital‑call and distribution processes.
• Contribute to NAV calculations and fund performance reporting.
• Help prepare for audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Identify and implement improvements to fund‑accounting processes as the business expands.

Required profile

• Prior experience in fund accounting or fund administration, preferably within private equity.
• Solid understanding of private‑equity fund structures and accounting principles.
• Experience supporting senior finance stakeholders, including CFO‑level.
• Ability to work effectively in a scaling, lean‑team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in financial reporting.
