Furnace Technician (Initial) – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Greenland Group is seeking an Initial Furnace Technician to join its team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing furnace and heating systems for commercial and residential clients, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Install new furnaces and heating systems according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
• Diagnose system malfunctions using diagnostic tools and identify root causes.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as thermostats, motors, blower wheels, burners, and electrical connections.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including cleaning burners, replacing filters, and lubricating moving parts.
• Ensure all gas, electrical, and ventilation work complies with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Communicate system issues and repair recommendations to customers and provide cost estimates.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair.
• Experience working with training institutes, overseas companies, or group of companies in the HVAC sector.
